Yaniv Construction and Renovations Ltd. was founded by Yaniv Samdar as a business specializing in luxury renovations for residents abroad who purchase properties in Israel as well as for the Israeli public who wish to have a construction experience different from what is customary in the Israeli market.
Each project is accompanied by me personally from the beginning to the end, both at the level of project planning and during execution, while ensuring quality and reliability, meeting schedules and maintaining the project’s budget goals. Personal treatment and full involvement of the client in the renovation and construction process is one of the cornerstones of my worldview, therefore I take care of continuous communication and updating the client regarding what is being done and what is expected of us in the project.
At the end of the project, I will continue to accompany you with any questions or problems that may arise in order to help you get the most out of the experience of living in your new home.
